Our story
Built by engineers, for buildings that must perform.
QAAC was formed around a simple observation: most building system failures are not equipment failures. They are coordination failures — between design and installation, between trades, between what was specified and what was commissioned.
So we structured the company to remove those gaps. Mechanical, electrical and building works sit under one team. Engineering, procurement and site supervision talk daily. Commissioning is planned at design stage, not improvised at the end.
That discipline extends to how we advise clients and where we invest. We only put our name — or our capital — behind work we can technically stand behind.
