Division 01
HVAC engineered for climate, load and lifetime cost.
From central plant to the last diffuser, QAAC selects, installs, tests and balances air conditioning and ventilation systems that hold their performance long after handover.
Our approach
Selection is an engineering decision, not a catalogue pick.
Saudi ambient conditions punish under-engineered systems. We start from measured loads, occupancy patterns and part-load hours, then select equipment that stays efficient at the conditions the building actually sees.
Installation is carried out by our own supervised teams, and every system leaves us tested, balanced and documented — with the client's facilities team trained on it.
Products
Equipment we supply and install.
Sourced from established manufacturers, engineered into a system that works as a whole.

Water-Cooled & Air-Cooled Chillers
Central cooling plant from 50 to 1,500 TR, selected against real building load profiles and part-load efficiency targets.
- Screw & centrifugal
- Low-noise packages
- BMS-ready controls

Air Handling Units
Double-skin modular AHUs with filtration, heat recovery and EC plug fans for offices, hospitals and clean environments.
- Hygienic options
- Heat recovery wheels
- EC plug fans

Fan Coil Units
Concealed and cassette terminal units for zone-level comfort, with quiet operation and accessible maintenance.
- Ducted & cassette
- 2 and 4 pipe
- Low sound power

VRF / VRV Systems
Variable refrigerant systems for buildings that need zoned control, simultaneous heating and cooling, and phased fit-out.
- Heat recovery
- Long pipe runs
- Central controllers

Ductwork & Insulation
Fabricated, installed and leak-tested ductwork with thermal and acoustic insulation to specification.
- GI & pre-insulated
- DW/144 leak testing
- Acoustic lining

Ventilation & Smoke Control
Car park, kitchen and industrial extract, plus stair pressurisation and smoke management systems.
- Jet fan systems
- Kitchen extract
- Pressurisation
